RRP for Concession Operations for MERE Complex

The City of Marianna Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals for operation of its MERE Concessions. The Park is located at 3625 Caverns Rd. Marianna, Fl. The City of Marianna will grant exclusive rights for operation of the concession areas at the park for a multi-year period with the most favorable and complete proposal.

Interested persons are invited to submit qualifications, similar experience, equipment to be made available by the concessionaire in operation or expansion of concession facilities, personnel, and proposed percentage returns to the City of Marianna’s share of the gross receipts of the concession facility.

A complete Request for Proposals document can be received at the MERE Office, 3625 Caverns Rd. Marianna, Fl. All sealed proposals, with original signature, must be received by the City Clerk no later than February 18, 2011 by 2:00 pm cst at 2898 Green Street, Marianna, FL 32446. Immediately following the deadline, all bids will be opened and read publicly in the City Commission room.
