City Clerk

City Clerk - Kimberly J. Applewhite, CPA - joined the City in July 2005. Prior to her employment with the City, Ms. Applewhite spent 10 years in public accounting. During those 10 years, she audited counties and cities in parts of Florida.

The City Clerk graduated from Grand Ridge High School, Chipola Junior College, and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of West Florida, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Utility Billing Information
The Utility Billing Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Bills are mailed on the last working day of the month and due upon receipt. Customers not receiving a Utility Bill by the 5th of the month should call our office for the amount due. Questions regarding a Utility Bill should be handled as soon as possible. Please do not wait until the cut off day (the 20th of the month).
