City of Marianna Request for Bids
The City of Marianna has 132 acres of land, more or less, located near the Family Dollar Distribution Center, at the intersection of I-10 and Hwy 276 for lease, to be used for agriculture production only. Tenant would exclusively possess and occupy the property during a renewable one year term. Landlord does not grant tenant the right to lease or sublet any part of the property or to assign the lease to any person. The tenant shall not have hunting rights to the property. All sealed bids, with original signature, must be received by the City Clerk no later than February 15, 2011 by 2:30 pm cst at 2898 Green Street, Marianna, FL 32446.
