City Clerk

City Clerk - Kimberly J. Gainer, CPA - joined the City in July 2005. Prior to her employment with the City, Ms. Gainer spent 10 years in public accounting. During those 10 years, she audited counties and cities in parts of Florida.

The City Clerk graduated from Grand Ridge High School, Chipola Junior College, and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of West Florida, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
