Lowe's Local Heroes Grant Awarded to Marianna Fire Rescue

Lowe's #1924 store located in Marianna, Florida awarded

The Lowe's #1924 store located in Marianna, FL. awarded Marianna Fire Rescue a Lowe's Local Heroes Grant of $1200, which was used to give the fire department a new storage space for their firefighter bunker gear. On Wednesday, August 12, 2009, personnel from the local Lowe's #1924 home improvement store sealed, caulked, and painted the room, which houses the firefighter bunker gear. Then they helped the firefighters erect shelving and hooks, purchased for the fire department storage house with the Lowe's grant. The bunker gear will now be kept in a secure, sealed, and cool place, which will help the gear last longer. See Below the Before, During and After Pictures:
