Talented country singer Billy Lipford was performing at a big valentine's bash which was hosted by the employees from Marianna Federal Corrections Institution (FCI) for the residents of the center. The cafeteria was brightly decorated with red, heart shaped balloons, and other valentine decorations. A huge heart shaped valentine's cake was served with punch and other tasty items.
The residents of the center were rocking, tapping their feet, singing along, and having a great time as Billy Lipford sang a wide assortment of familiar favorites, including several Elvis renditions.
FCI hosts the valentine day party at the Center each year, and this year the party was especially well attended and fun for all who came.
