Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located near Jackson Hospital and many local Doctors' offices. We have provided quality care to members of the community and surrounding area for over 37 years.

It is the aim of Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center to provide a program devoted to the physical, social and psychological needs of our residents. We provide ourselves on the caring, homelike atmosphere our residents enjoy while living in our facility.

Our long-term staff goes above and beyond to make our residents comfortable and happy.

Our residents enjoy the Community involvement, with many church groups and organizations providing socialization, parties and entertainment. In addition, we provide activities that are structured to suit our residents individual needs and abilities, van trips, picnics and many other outings.

For the convenience of our residents and families: Our entire facility is certified for both Medicaid and Medicare. We accept Hospice, Tri-Care, Private Party and some Private Insurance

We offer in house:

• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
• IV Therapy
• 24 Hour RN care
• Restorative nursing program

We provide at no cost to our residents: 24-hour Non-emergent transportation to Jackson Hospital and local Doctors appointments, with Wheel chair service as needed.
