WILLIAM LIPFORD RETIRES WITH MORE THAN 38 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE

Over the years, Mr. Lipford diligently served in many capacities, but he was mostly known and appreciated for his operation of the City's sweeper truck, and his assistance in the training of new employees who were preparing for the Commercial Drivers License Road Test.
