State of the Art
At Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center we take a holistic approach to caring for our residents to maximize their quality of life and wellbeing.
We offer private and semi-private rooms with showers, cable television and climate control in each room. Residents also enjoy a spacious dining room, snack bars, family lounge areas, covered patios, as well as beauty and barber services. For therapy and rehabilitation services, we have the largest rehabilitation therapy gym in the area as well as the only Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Lab.
For the convenience of our residents, we provide complimentary (non-emergency) transportation to Jackson Hosptial, dialysis and local doctor appointments. Our facility is certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We accept hospice, tri-care, and some private insurance.
We love our residents and treat them like members of our own family. We do everything in our power to provide the very best possible care for each and every resident.

Activities & Entertainment
Our residents enjoy the community involvement, with many church groups and organizations providing socialization, parties, and entertainment. In addition, we provide activities that are structured to suit our residents individual needs and abilities, van trips, picnics, and many other outings.
